Why is it called Fire Hall Thrift Store?Our location was an actual City of Vaughan Firehall until 2017. And before you ask, no there is no fire pole! When you visit, you can see the hose tower, large roll up doors and floor drains that are remnants of the old firehall.

What is your return policy?All of our goods are tested and sold in working order. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

How can I donate?For bigger items, we ask that you call before to ensure that the items are acceptable. Smaller items can be dropped off at the back of the store after informing the cashier first. Please donate items during store hours only.

What are store hours?We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm

What happens to items donated are not able to be sold?All items donated that cannot be re-sold are donated to various charities within the community including Cerebral Palsy Association.

How can I volunteer?Please come to the store and ask for Sandra for any volunteering inquiries.

Do you offer delivery/shipping?We do not offer delivery or shipping and we also do not offer any pickups for donations.

Where do proceeds go?Since we are a Registered Non-Profit, all of our proceeds go directly back to the Toronto District Christian School and the community.
